Another example of how I’m terrible at waiting
I’m neurotic when someone does not reply to my messages as promptly as I would like them to. I hate waiting around for a response. Granted, they could be preoccupied. But what if they take their time in replying every single time you message them? Can they really be that busy all the time? If that was the case, why do they bother being online? Why don’t they change their status to busy, away, or afk? I hate being made to wait, and I hate feeling neglected. It sounds silly to say that I want a person’s full attention, but yeah, most of the time I do. I think it’s only courteous to completely focus on the conversation you’re having with another person. I know I’m a little nuts about this though. It’s not like I’m excellent at always responding in a timely fashion, and that I have the best online chatting etiquette. It’s easier to be hard on other people when you’re the one that’s not being tended to. Yes, I am very much a child.
